Shipping
We ship worldwide. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Free standard shipping on North American orders over C$200.
Standard Shipping (Canada Post)
2–10 business days, depending on location.
Express Shipping (Canada)
From C$14.95+
1–4 business days via DHL, UPS or Purolator.

U.S. shipments are now shipping from our Michigan warehouse
Returns & Exchanges
You have 10 days from delivery to submit a return request.
Return requests are processed within 24–48 hours.
Once approved, you have 5 days to ship the item back.
Eligibility
Items must be unworn, with original tags attached.
Sale items and items purchased with promotional codes are exchange or store credit only.
The following are final sale: bodysuits, masks & mask chains, samples, custom embroidered items, and gift cards.
We do not offer price matching.

Return Shipping
Canada
- We can provide a return label available for C$9.95, size exchanges are free and don't incur a return label cost.

USA
If you would like to exchange or return your item(s) click here and they are handled by our Michigan warehouse, all returning packages must have their original paperwork included.

Ship with courier of your choice.
International/US Duties & Taxes
International orders do not include duties or taxes. These are determined by the destination country and are the customer’s responsibility.
If duties/taxes are refused and the item is returned to sender, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
When returning from outside Canada, clearly mark the shipment as returned goods with a value of $0 to avoid additional charges.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 3–10 business days after we receive your return.
Please check your tracking before contacting us, as postal delays may occur.
Once processed, allow 2–10 business days for funds to appear on your original payment method (Visa, Mastercard, etc.). Posting times are determined by your bank or payment provider.
